Every order ships with a tracking number. Paste it below to see exactly where the parcel is, or follow the steps if you cannot find it.

Cannot find your number?
- Check the shipping confirmation email. It is separate from the order confirmation and arrives when the parcel actually leaves, not when you order.
- Check spam and promotions. This is where it usually is. Search your inbox for “9jasora”.
- Allow 7–14 days for the first scan. Tracking often shows nothing at all until the parcel reaches its first sorting hub. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
